Challenge
The goal of the campaign was to launch a new streaming platform in 22 markets. These countries were heavily dominated by competing SVOD platforms. The client needed to find an intelligent and cost-effective way to showcase a rich selection of films and series, as well as to acquire as many new subscribers as possible.
Approach
The GroupM agency, together with the Client, developed a strategy based on a full funnel approach, utilizing various YouTube formats depending on audience activity. The goal of Bumper Ads and Non-skippable Ads was to increase awareness, while the Video Action format aimed to generate traffic and convert subscriptions.
OptimAIzer Campaign Booster was implemented in 5 key markets (PL, RO, HU, SK, CZ), encompassing 16 campaigns and generating over 3000 optimizations, which were automatically deployed on the Google Display & Video 360 DSP platform. Thanks to the full automation of the optimization process, it was possible to significantly reduce purchasing costs while also enhancing the quality of traffic and relieving the expert team.
